Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS parcel select. Each item is fully insured and tracked. All items are shipped within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours.  Shipping will be specified in the listing.

It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item for any damage and report it via admin@bazodeebazaar.com.  Items left outside your home or in your mailbox are subject to theft and damage.  All our items are tracked for proof of delivery to your specified address.

If the item is damaged do not discard the remains and do not remove them from the box.  Take pictures of the damaged item and seal up the box.  All items are fully insured and the insurer may request pictures.  

Any item damaged during shipping can be returned for a full refund.  If the damage is reported within 24 hours we will issue an immediate refund.  If the damage is reported after 24 hours the refund will be issued when the insurance claim is paid.  The 24 hour limit is based on the USPS tracking information documenting the delivery time.

Take care unpacking your item. Often items are broken during the excitement of unpacking. Once the box is opened and the item is removed the care and condition of the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any item that is ‘not as described’ can be returned for a full refund. 

Any item damaged during shipping can be returned for a full refund.  If the damage is reported within 24 hours we will issue an immediate refund.  If the damage is reported after 24 hours the refund will be issued when the insurance claim is paid.  The 24 hour limit is based on the USPS tracking information documenting the delivery time.

All other return and refund issues will be addressed based on circumstances.  We guarantee refunds for "not as described" or "damaged in shipping".
